Blink is looking for a Recruiter to add to the team to help with our staffing service, Blink Embedded.  Blink Embedded supports our biggest clients with world-class UX hiring. This person will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for Blink Embedded roles, including placing candidates on-site with our client's teams, and managing multiple client relationships.  We are looking for someone who is a strong problem solver, resourceful, has a deep understanding of design recruiting, and motivated to help build and grow this service within our company. Previous experience recruiting in the UX Research and Design is a plus, but ultimately we want someone who has the excitement and experience to help us find amazing people for a variety of roles. What you will be doing:

  • Full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. 
  • Write and post job descriptions. 
  • Deliver a high-touch experience for all candidates.  
  • Maintain excellent communication and collaboration with our clients, ensuring we meet all their needs.  
  • Partner with our sales team to qualify new Embedded opportunities with our clients, taking on the recruiter perspective in these conversations.  
  • Attend networking events online and in-person (post-COVID) within the community to promote our employer brand and engage talent. 
  • Track hiring metrics and draw insights from metrics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient. 
  • Help optimize processes within our new ATS, Lever. 
  • Act as a general problem-solver; identify and help remove any roadblocks that may prevent us from building the practice or making great hires. 

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or staffing setting. 
  • Understanding of user research, UX design and visual design; familiarity with UX-related roles. 
  • Obsessed with providing great customer service – to our hiring managers and candidates. 
  • A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail. 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships. 
  • Enjoys working directly with clients and hiring teams. 
  • Ability to work well both within a team environment and independently. 
  • Honest and ethical at all times. 
  • Experience recruiting directly with clients as well as within Vendor Management Systems is a plus.
