BSC (Binance Smart  Chain) is a EVM compatible blockchain, and launched mainnet starting from Sep 1st, 2020.  Since inception, more than 600 DeFi and dapps have been deployed in BSC and attracted more than 1MM daily active users (addresses). We are now looking for a strong Business Development Professional for our tech-driven Binance Chain/Binance Smart Chain (BSC) Ecosystem. The successful candidate will join this innovative and fast changing field to build a new era of blockchain. The daily work content includes but is not limited to:

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage the Dev community and VCs to promote BC/BSC and inspire new DeFi, DApps or blockchain ideas built on BC/BSC. 
  • Proactively engage (potential) big players in blockchain and identify new business opportunities in/for BC/BSC. 
  • Define target market segments, locate and reach target markets of early adopters and interested early users to work out solutions to establish deals and valuable business relationships.
  • Develop marketing strategies and models to grow user bases and target markets; collect market reaction, feedback and synthesise new trends to influence our product offering and help shape the business.
  • Develop and drive implementation of innovative and strategic use cases on BC/BSC.

Requirements

  • Background in business development or marketing within information technology, internet, or technology community management.
  • Deep relationships with the technology and innovation community, especially within information technology and internet.
  • At least 3 years of experience in defining and locating target markets, strategic thinking, and expanding market to >100K DAU scale. 
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, especially in ice-breaking sales and marketing.
  • Passionate, Owner-mentality, Self-starter, Results-oriented, and a good Team player.
  • Blockchain knowledge with Finance background is preferred. 
  • Business level English is required to interface with internal and external stakeholders.
