Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing support for DFINITY end users by investigating, troubleshooting and resolving issues across multiple channels including email,  chat and social media
  • Regulate and moderate content on social media forums 
  • Track new end user issue types as they are received and suggest the creation of macros and new self help center content
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in an effective, tactical, and empathetic manner
  • Proactively drive impactful changes across workflows, policies and tools by working with internal support teams and cross departmentally

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience writing content for a technology company, start up or similar industry
  • 2+ years of experience moderating social media forums
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working Zendesk, Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Organizational skills and the ability to track multiple projects 
  • Basic Excel skills preferred 
  • The ability to wear multiple hats and work in a fast paced and changing environment
  • This contract role is remote and has a flexible schedule although due to timezone coverage needs, priority may be given to those who can support North/South American timezones.
