Who you are:

As a UX Researcher, you’ll be working to execute towards our roadmap, objectives and key results as well as impact the UX Research culture at Fuze. The right person for this role is an independent thinker, with a collaborative spirit and the desire to learn, grow, and push the team. Our team is made up of talented designers, researchers, and product managers from many backgrounds and skill sets. The desire to learn from each one as well as give back to the team is the most important attribute of this role.

You’ll be empowered to lead research projects, analyze and synthesize your research findings, and develop actionable insights with a team that truly values what user research can bring to the table. 

 

Skills and experience

  • Experience with desktop and mobile app research tools for moderated and unmoderated remote usability testing.
  • Ability to plan and execute evaluative and exploratory research studies, and report on insights and feedback.
  • Ability to utilize a variety of quantitative a1nd qualitative research methods.
  • Comfortable with quick turnarounds to discover and apply insights to the design across the Fuze platform
  • Exceptional behavioral data-collection and analysis skills, (e.g., designing, conducting, and analyzing all kinds of user data.), including synthesizing insights from our product analytics tools
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries to influence and deliver results that put user needs first
  • Help build empathy for the key target users, helping others understand and internalize the users’ needs, expectations, and pain points
  • Eagerness to continually learn, grow and improve the craft of research and demonstrated passion for solving the most complex problems
  • 1-4 years of experience, with a BS or equivalent degree in psychology, cognitive science, Human Factors, HCI, HCD etc.
