Reporting to PointClickCare’s Vice President of Regulatory Standards, the Program Manager, Regulatory Affairs is responsible for helping the regulatory affairs team to manage all information as it relates to the regulatory affairs contacts, calendars, data, information libraries as well as software systems that manage data and information. You bring knowledge of PointClickCare customers and systems for project management, i.e., Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint and Teams. You can process and ensure all information is timely and complete via project management.   Key Responsibilities: ·        Manage incoming items, record them in the library, triage them to the appropriate person, and work with that stakeholder to craft response.·        Draft content when provided with SME input, using standardized library tool/application (Confluence/JIRA)·        Edit materials to ensure acceptable language, format, and grammar·        Administer Library Software (Confluence/JIRA) and Response database application·        Maintain a shared department calendar of Association meetings / regular Regulatory Body Meetings (NASL/PACIO/Leading Age, etc.) / Conferences. o   Post the agendas for regulatory affairs team to read in advance to help us determine who best to attend.·        Maintain a shared department calendar of internal recurring meetings with Product/Sales/CSM/ etc. o   Post the agendas for us to read in advance to help team determine who best to attend.·        Maintain a contact list of Who’s Who in various government bodies and associations; CMS/CMMI/HHS/NASL/ACHA/NAHC/State HIEs, etc. and who in PCC might have a relationship with them.·        Maintain an internal library for team to store Regulatory News stories that are relevant / interesting / applicable to our group.·        Be responsible for a Zoom “webinar” account to set up and host meetings for larger audiences. Qualifications: ·        Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare-related related field of study, project management, information technology, or software systems or equivalent experience working in the industry for 3 or more years.·        Proven ability to work with a cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, address opportunities for excellent information management and communication.·        Relevant direct experience in the program/project management domain.·        Previous experience contributing to team researchactivities.·        Experience working in an Agile software development process, preferably Confluence/JIRAIt is the policy of PointClickCare to ensure equal employment opportunity without discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, religion, national origin, status, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital or domestic/civil partnership status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, or any other basis protected by law.
