We are looking for a Total Rewards Partner who will build out and administer new compensation programs, equity/stock management, and performance recognition. If you enjoy working cross-functionally to solve problems using data and organization planning; along with the desire to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and dynamic environment, this might be the role for you. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, this role will work cross-functionally to develop and execute our total rewards strategies.

You will:

  • Design new competitive market-based total rewards programs for a high-growth stage startup company. This includes the creation of communications, resources, processes, and tools associated with them
  • Manage the Company’s annual comp planning process including analysis, modeling, reporting, development, and delivery of tools, communication, and manager training
  • Administer the Company’s incentive plan awards and outcomes including payout calculations and projections, analysis, modeling, reporting, development, and delivery of tools, communication, and manager training
  • Participate in external compensation and benefit surveys, and conduct ad-hoc benchmarking and market research as needed
  • Conduct market competitiveness analysis and ad hoc total rewards analytics that allows the People team to make data-driven decisions and meet the ever-changing landscape of total rewards
  • Identify potential opportunities, make recommendations, and provide support for internal and external offers to attract and retain top talent
  • Partner with People Operations, Recruiting, Finance, and Leadership to understand needs related to total rewards
  • Provide perspectives, develop solutions, and education

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 5-7 years demonstrated experience in total rewards, compensation, equity management, performance recognition, benefits administration
  • High growth organization experience in tech and/or healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated compensation and total rewards experience in the following areas: base salary, market pricing, variable pay and performance management, job evaluation, and data analysis
  • Experience in research and cost modeling
  • Desire to use consultative, influential, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle shifting priorities and multitasking to deliver results and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong expertise in quantitative analysis using Google Sheets, Excel, etc.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Detail orientation and a high degree of organization skills
