Gong is looking for a Talent Acquisition Leader to play a pivotal role in helping us scale our G&A and Customer Success teams. You will partner closely with business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs and provide work direction to a high-performing team of recruiters and sourcers. You will drive relationships with hiring teams and candidates by developing analytics, reporting, and scalable best-in-class processes. In this position, you will have the opportunity to mentor new talent and coach and develop experienced TA professionals. 
This position is a first-line manager with a current team of 7 recruiters and sourcers and reports to the VP of Talent Acquisition.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress
  • Work closely with business leaders to influence, deliver quality assessment and high-touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the Finance and HR Business Partner teams to ensure the department is fully leveraged to meet the quarterly and annual hiring demands.
  • Deliver reporting on pipeline, forecast, and other metrics to senior TA and executive leadership.
  • Proactively forecast and manage pipelines to remove bottlenecks and help achieve hiring targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • 5+ years in a people management role
  • Experience leading and scaling a distributed team
