In this brand-new exciting new role reporting into the Chief People Officer, the contract recruiter  (with the possibility for full-time) will provide consultative recruiting support with an emphasis on timely and strategic sourcing, interviewing and negotiating offers to fill open job requisitions. We’re looking for a seasoned, senior-level recruiter who will be responsible for representing the Resident brand while collaborating with hiring managers and peers to create an active pipeline of top-notch talent. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to operate as a part of a virtual team and part of our awesome People team. 

What You'll Do

  • Manage Full life-cycle recruiting: Manage the recruiting process from end-to-end, including sourcing, interviewing and hiring top talent for Resident
  • Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans and analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
  • Leverage the power of social networks and word of mouth to identify the very best industry candidates for every role
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally
  • Best in Class Candidate experience: We care deeply about our people and culture. In this role, you’ll continue to promote Resident as a Best Place to Work around the globe
  • Passionately data-driven: You are always trying to improve our hiring process and should be obsessed with talent metrics always!

  • Always sourcing. You are naturally curious and love deep diving into the newest various platforms, technology tools, social networks and databases to uncover the best talent in the world

What We Need

  • 8 - 10 years experience in recruiting, preferably agency and inhouse. Extra bonus points for e-commerce/DTC experience
  • Proven track record of delivery, specifically in companies in hyper growth
  • Demonstrated ability to handle shifting priorities and deadlines in a high-growth, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • All around exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, insanely detail oriented, operates with a sense of urgency always and of course, a team player
  • Deep experience in a fast-paced technical recruitment role and have a successful track record of hiring top technical talent
  • Strong proficiency with ATS systems (Lever preferred) and Google Suite applications
