As Sales Manager, you will help organizations streamline their Practice Management and Clinical Operations. You'll have the opportunity to significantly impact the growth of our company and help redefine the way companies operate in the ABA space.
We are looking for a candidate with a passion for enabling the Sales Team to solve real business problems for our clients. You will also need a head for metrics, return on investment and the ability to thrive in an agile and fast-paced environment.
This role is either remote or based in either Matawan, New Jersey or Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Hire, Coach, develop and inspire sales team to exceed monthly quota
  • Creating a fun, performance based culture of winning and exceeding goals
  • Focus on quality business that is going to achieve growth and success on the CentralReach platform and evolve with us as we continue to grow
  • Continuously seeking creative strategies to attain new business
  • Accurately forecast the teams monthly/quarterly revenue expectations to align with the companies’ goals
  • Constantly seek process improvements for optimal operational efficiencies
  • Support the sales team by implementing and maintaining a Coaching and Development cadence
  • Develop a deep expertise of the Behaviorsoft platform, encompassing both Practice Management and Clinical
  • Help the team establish and maintain a targeted understanding of a customers’ business, showing the ability to establish customer needs, buying process, and creating strong relationships to effectively drive sales and repeat business
  • Support Sales Team by assisting them in closing deals
  • Leverage a robust sales tech stack including Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator and Gong

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in SaaS or Technology
  • Passionate about Coaching and Inspirational Leadership
  • Passion and ability to truly understand a client’s business in order to educate customers on how Behaviorsoft will be meaningful to their business.
  • You have an extreme hunger to be successful and also help customers win
  • You have thrived in a startup or similar environment where the only constant is change
  • You embrace aggressive goals and work hard to achieve them
  • You’re naturally curious and invest time and energy into learning more about the sales process, your prospects, and the solutions you’re selling
  • You are able to utilize Sales CRM tools such as SalesForce or a like program
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
