Their customers expect the best service and support and that's where we come in. Our Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude and great vibe to project work everyday. Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Project gigs available now and more are on the horizon. 
Our client company was born out of the belief that paddle boards can be made better. Instead of large, bulky and unstable, they should be able to be easily paddled by anyone at any age. Fun on the water made easy. Available, across the retail spectrum from stores to ecommerce this brand stands for fun, healthy exercise and exploration!
ModSquad has partnered with this really fun and passionate client who wants our Mods to be as excited as they are about a fun lifestyle product that has something for everybody... For those of you who know the joy of watersports, whether solo or in a group, and can picture themselves on the lake or in the ocean, that's what will make this project a unique and upbeat journey together.
We are looking for Mods to provide email customer support.
Availability Needed (PST):Monday - Friday5 am - 8 am2 pm - 6 pm
Commitment:5 hours per week90 days

What We Are Looking For:

  • Ability to solve customer concerns in an upbeat, positive manner
  • Zendesk experience
  • Ability to understand customer concerns and write a clear and concise response
  • Deadline and quality oriented customer support
  • Kayaking, paddle-boarding and water sports in general experience is a big plus!
  • Ability to construct grammatically correct email responses

Workspace Requirements:

  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Quality headset 
  • Quiet workspace to take calls 
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on phone
