Their customers expect the best service and support and that's where we come in. Our Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude and great vibe to project work everyday. Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Project gigs available now and more are on the horizon. 
Fun and Adventure on the Water!
ModSquad has partnered with a really fun and passionate client who wants our Mods to be as excited as they are about a fun lifestyle product that has something for everybody... For those of you who know the joy of watersports, whether solo or in a group, and can picture themselves on the lake or in the ocean, that's what will make this project a unique and upbeat journey together. So, ModSquad is seeking someone to fulfill a Lead role in this Phone Customer Support project.
Hours: Monday - Friday: 7 am - 5 pm PST Saturday/Sunday: 6 am - 4 pm PST
Availability: Minimum 10 hours per week

What Are We Looking For:

  • Lead experience
  • Zendesk experience
  • Deadline and quality oriented
  • Strong multitasking and problem solving skills
  • Kayaking, paddle-boarding and water sports in general experience is a big plus!

Requirements:

  • Recent versions of Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS operating systems that are still receiving security patches and updates
  • Reliable internet speed and service
  • Remote patch management and endpoint security software installed by ModSquad
