From startups to the world’s largest enterprises, millions of companies in over 120 countries use Stripe to start, run, and scale their businesses. Stripe is a technology company that builds economic infrastructure for the internet, powering the kinds of companies that couldn’t exist even ten years ago, with new models like crowdfunding, on-demand apps, and marketplaces. Our customers are the most ambitious organizations in the world. Our partners --from Technology ISVs and SaaS Platforms to Consulting firms to Startup Incubators-- help them realize that ambition.

We are looking for an experienced Technology Programs Manager to join the Go-to-Market Partner team, reporting to the Head of Partner Programs. You will focus on designing, scaling, and continuously improving the GTM experience for Technology partners. These partners include software companies (e.g., SAP, Netsuite, Microsoft, Salesforce) SaaS platforms (e.g., Squarespace, Blackbaud, Shopify, Doordash), extension/plug-in partner ISVs (e.g., Twilio, Xero, Zoho, Magento, Mailchimp), and others (e.g., Affirm, Klarna, Splitit). You will apply your deep knowledge and experience with these companies to work across internal functions to build program benefits, requirements, enablement, program journey, and success measures. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, and work cross-organizationally to build consensus. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and entrepreneurship is a must. An understanding of the payments space and the ecommerce ecosystem would be a bonus.

You will:

  • Own the program strategy for Technology Partners, by designing a long-term framework that differentiates Stripe by the partners we go to market with and the value they bring to our end-users
  • Build and execute tactical partner programs for Technology Partners
  • Guide the partner program marketing pages that describe requirements, benefits, and the value props
  • Design the recruitment strategy with Sales, targeting prospective partners
  • Drive the onboarding experience, from registration to enablement to productivity
  • Curate enablement curriculum and drive learning journeys
  • Assist Stripe and Partner sellers with sales initiatives
  • Help drive marketing campaigns to and through partners
  • Help launch the Stripe Partner Program to Technology Partners in 2H, with particular focus on supporting their GTM needs
  • Validate new partners and how they are displayed on our partner directory, teaming with Partner Experience Engineering
  • Improve the partner onboarding experience, working with Product Enablement
  • Optimize deal registration with salesforce, working with Sales Ops and Corporate Technology
  • Operationalize MDF, working with Partner Marketing and vendors
  • Support growth programs working with Sales and Product teams
  • Help to deliver and close the loop with marketing leads we send to partners
  • Team closely with GTM Partner sales to develop technology partner initiatives, partner programs, marketing strategy, partner contracts, partner scorecards, and new logo wins and revenue tracking
  • Be data centric. Build data on partner performance and report out insights that inform key stakeholders. Track and measure success of program initiatives around partner adoption, engagement, marketing activities, external industry awareness, and input from internal stakeholders
  • Build globally, execute locally. Ensure that the framework of the Partner Program supports all global regions but allows for tailoring where necessary for language or cultural requirements

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner programs & ecosystem roles (e.g., business development, enablement, sales, or marketing)
  • 7+ years of experience in the technology industry, including direct experience with B2B SaaS, Cloud, or API companies
  • Successful track record of working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams, including sales/business development, marketing, product, and program operations
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work through ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Takes initiative with a no task is too small and “I’ll get it done” attitude

Nice to haves:

  • Experience working in the financial services or payments industry
  • Experience delivering channel marketing campaigns to- and through- partners
  • Experience with content development, including webinars, playbooks, and partner enablement tools

You should include these in your application:
