About the Role Lyra Health is looking for a UX Content Strategy Intern who will brainstorm, ideate, and develop language experience solutions within a fast-paced startup environment. As a UX Content Strategist Intern, you will work closely with Design, Product Management, Clinical, and Engineering teams to contribute to the development of our content strategy, product copy, and overall voice/tone. You will play a key role in shipping high-quality experiences to real users. 
You will be particularly suited for this role if you have a passion for mental health. Experience participating in or running design sprints and other UX workshops is a plus. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop product content strategy to enable rich user experiences
  • Write, maintain, and socialize design/writing decisions
  • Contribute to Lyra’s holistic design system
  • Participate in regular Design Review meetings 
  • Own the development of content from ideation through implementation
  • Build relationships with cross-functional team members across disciplines
  • Give a final presentation at the end of your internship to the product team and leads

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a graduate degree in human-computer interaction, user experience, design, or technical communication
  • Excited about product and mental health
  • Interested in Lyra Health, in particular
  • Can hit the ground running and work independently but wants to learn and gain experience
  • Ability to work well on a highly collaborative and cross-functional team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
