SnapEDA is looking for a Head of Operations who will lead and oversee our Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, HR, Recruiting, Legal, Finance, and Customer Support departments.


Our ideal candidate is a highly effective leader who enjoys developing others, has an analytical mindset, and is an expert in developing tools and processes that can be used for ongoing operational improvements. This leader should care about maximizing the impact we make for customers, while maximizing internal efficiency, and mentoring subordinates.

What you will be doing:

  • Formulate strategies with the executive team for all departments under management

  • Manage and mentor our sales team

  • Manage and mentor our partnerships team

  • Design and develop processes and policies that align with strategies

  • Review and implement processes, ascertain whether they are successful or not, and iterate

  • Manage customer operations and ensure customer retention

  • Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations

  • Manage contracts in relation to customers, vendors and partners

  • Ensure financial targets and other agreed targets are met by all managers

  • Oversee expenses and budgeting to help optimize costs and benefits of the organization

  • Work with managers in mentoring and motivating team members to achieve productivity and engagement

  • Report operational performance and suggest improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing Operations, Information Technology, Computer Science or any related degree

  • A master’s degree is a plus but not required

  • 2-5 years experience at Senior Management level or similar role

  • Familiarity with all business functions including HR, Legal, Finance, IT, Marketing and Sales

  • Solid knowledge of data analytics and reporting

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Analytical and strategic thinker and problem-solving aptitude

Note: This position is a remote working position. We are looking for a candidate based in the Bay Area only.
