Olo’s People + Culture team is looking for a motivated and hard-working Recruiting Coordinator to support Olo’s rapid team growth. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you have a thorough understanding of recruiting best practices and are able to adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing environment. If you have strong communication skills and are highly empathetic, we want to meet you!
Ultimately, the ideal candidate will be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure both candidates and hiring managers have a positive experience. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist with scheduling coordination and logistics for candidate interviews.
  • Support administration of Olo’s applicant tracking system.
  • Routinely track and report on various recruiting metrics. 
  • Collaborate with Olo’s recruiting team and hiring managers to develop and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  • Post job descriptions on various career websites and universities boards.
  • Attend job fairs and career events.
  • Assist Olo’s People + Culture team in various administrative tasks. 

What We’ll Expect From You

  • Proven work experience and/or education in Human Resources or Recruiting. 
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks within a deadline.
  • Able to think outside the box to solve problems.
  • Enthusiastic; motivated to grow and learn. 
  • Legally able to work in the U.S.

COVID-19 Impact
Olo is committed to the well-being of candidates, employees and our community. The  Olo NYC Headquarters will be closed for the foreseeable future because of the global outbreak of COVID-19. While an in-person interview is typical for many roles at Olo, we will conduct interviews via video conferencing while our HQ is closed. Olo benefits from the fact that over half of our workforce is remote, therefore we are accustomed to conducting interviews via video conferencing and we anticipate no impact on our recruiting timelines. We encourage candidates to share any concerns or questions with Olo’s recruiting team.
