Nearly one million automation professionals are building and sharing automations to transform their work and their organizations with UiPath. UiPath is looking for a Developer Evangelist who will educate and inspire RPA developers around the world.  This person will be focused on creating technical content across channels that spreads awareness and drives adoption of UiPath. This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing, Community and can be based anywhere in the U.S.

What you do at UiPath:

  • Attend, participate, and speak at events, meetups, hackathons, and conferences about developing with UiPath. 
  • Grow and create content for the Community blog including writing tutorials, how-tos, and other announcements.
  • Support the creation of developer-focused content for UiPath official social media channels and actively evangelize UiPath on your own social media accounts.
  • Launch a monthly developer newsletter.
  • Shape developer content and experiences for events like FORWARD, DevCon, Reboot Work Festival.
  • Develop a strategy for engagement on new channels and communities where current and potential RPA developers are gathering, like podcasts, Twitch, etc.
  • Represent the voice of the developer internally at UiPath; capture and synthesize product feedback from the developer community and share it with the product team.

What you bring to the team:

  • You’re an RPA developer with 5+ years of overall work experience and an advanced RPA developer certification.
  • You have experience creating technical content for large audiences, including tutorials, blogs, videos.
  • You’re a self-starter who loves to learn and has the ability to navigate ambiguity—you will identify gaps to fill in our developer marketing strategy and help define this role at UiPath.
  • Strong communication skills: You’re an engaging speaker and a clear, concise writer who can articulate complex concepts in easy-to-understand language.
  • User centricity and empathy: You’ll need to deeply understand RPA developers, advocate for them, and represent their needs to UiPath teams.

Preferred background:

  • You’ve worked in a community building capacity in the past.
  • You’re active on social media and you currently engage with the RPA community at large.

  • When business travel resumes, you should be comfortable traveling up to 25% of the time if needed.
