Position IntroWe are looking for an experienced, creative marketing professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone equally passionate about great copywriting and killer design. You’ll work with leaders across our business to develop digital advertising, social media content, presentations, white papers, infographics, sales collateral, and new websites. Our office is based in Baltimore, MD but this can be a remote based position for the right candidate.


  • Manage, develop and review content and copy for both B2C and B2B marketing communications across a range of formats 
  • Develop and manage day-to-day relationships with external creative resources
  • Manage projects through clear cross-functional communication and diligent management of timelines and budgets
  • Drive the end-to-end content production process – developing ideas, researching and writing, editing and fact-checking, and driving design
  • Serve as lead copywriter and copyeditor on key projects; Oversee content development by internal marketing staff and freelance writers
  • Manage and maintain the content library, performing regular reviews and updates
  • Create and maintain brand standards – voice, style, and guidelines


  • 4+ years of experience creating, writing and, editing public-facing marketing content
  • Experience working with - or at - a creative agency to deliver compelling best-in-class marketing and advertising materials 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative suite is a bonus
  • Experience across a variety of formats and marketing channels is highly desirable
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills
  • Experience in Higher Education or B2B product marketing is beneficial
This position is salaried, full-time, and with the possibility to be remote.
