Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and handle customer enquiries that are escalated to wallet operations, and provide solutions to customers
  • Provide suggestions to improve user experience and reduce volume of customer enquiries
  • Handle customer requests, any special cases or ad hoc tasks
  • Monitor operations alert and resolve issues related to daily wallet operation

Requirements:

  • As a team, able to work in shift and provide 24/7 coverage for customer service function and alert management
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
  • Ability to work in both a team environment and autonomously
  • Demonstrate high degree of honesty, integrity and confidentiality with a strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit
  • Strong passion to provide support to customers
