As a Regional Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for leading our team of Regional Account Executives within WellSky’s Home Health and Hospice division in the Western/ Central US.  We are looking for a passionate sales leader who can facilitate pipeline growth, bookings performance, and forecasting accuracy for a field sales team responsible for delivering growth in the region. The ideal candidate is a creative, consultative sales professional with a proven track record of building high performance teams, cultivating top talent, and building relationships with prospective Enterprise clients.It's a rewarding opportunity in where you will mentor and support the Regional Account Executives, coach them on sales process including and forecast operating rhythms, and develop territory strategies which drive pipeline growth and sustained success. Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience in post-acute care (Home Health & Hospice preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience leading a team
  • 7+ years of consultative selling experience
  • Role based in Austin, TX, Kansas City, MO, or a city with access to convenient air travel in Western or Central US
  • Ability to travel up to 75%

Preferred Experience:

  • 7+ years of sales experience including 2+ years of sales management experience preferred
  • Experience with MEDDICC or similar sales methodology
  • Experience managing remote employees
  • Track record of achieving sales results
  • Strong background of knowledge in a SaaS environment
