The Inbound Sales Manager will be directly responsible for managing and growing the Inbound Sales team of Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Senior Account Executives. They will work closely with the VP of Sales, other Sales Managers, the Sales Enablement Manager, the CRM Administrator, and other departments and employees as need-be to achieve individual, Inbound Sales Team, and company objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to come into a well-respected company that is in hyper-growth mode with no signs of slowing down.
NOTE: At this time, we are only hiring candidates based in the USA.

In this role, you will

  • Lead, motivate, manage and grow the inbound sales team members
  • Create plans and strategies for developing leads and achieving the team and company’s sales goals, including activity, appointments, wins, and GMV goals
  • Follow sales processes in order to drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
  • Train and enforce the use of sales tools and systems in order for your team to make improvements and provide reports to your team and to upper management to show progress and performance against goals
  • Become an expert in the CommentSold platform + services and articulating its value
  • Play a critical role in business planning, working closely with the VP of Sales to develop plans, resource requirements, and influence our long-term sales  execution strategy.

If you’re a great fit for this role, you are

  • Proven success in a previous Sales Manager role leading a team of Inbound SDRs & AEs
  • Previous experience in SaaS or e-commerce space highly desirable
  • Intuitive attention to detail and organization
  • A demonstrable record of success in a sales-oriented role
  • Effective written communication and a creative thinking
  • Experience in a fast growing startup environment
