You will:

  • Manage the governance and operation of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). 
  • Overall project management of DIB Signature programs and initiatives, including the development of project plans, deliverables, and timelines for execution. Ensuring alignment with global DIB strategy; implementing and reporting on metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Develop metrics and dashboards to highlight trends and measure the impact of DIB Signature Program efforts. 
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to Employee Resource Groups and Executive sponsors.
  • Serve as Employee Resource Group (ERG) Subject Matter expert to the company, promoting the ERG value proposition to better connect with all employees.
  • Coordinate with various DIB stakeholders to maintain a global diversity calendar (ex. Days of Acknowledgement).
  • Management the strategic outreach with diverse community organizations in partnership with 
  • Facilitate DIB focus training sessions

About you: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically has 5 years of total work experience with at least 2 years of diversity and inclusion experience (or transferable skills) 
  • Forward-thinking, detailed-oriented and personable
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills to handle complex projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with proven time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and organize complex information
  • Ability to demonstrate awareness and understanding of multiple facets of diversity with a focus on intersectionality: cultural, ethnic, racial, religious, gender, educational, age, sexual orientation, linguistic, professional, and other differences that make us unique
  • Willing to travel up to 25%
