About the Role:As a key part of our IT Support Employee Lifecycle team, you’ll play a crucial role empowering our employees to work efficiently and securely. You’ll be responsible for assisting employees over the course of their journey with Opendoor; including onboarding and offboarding, troubleshooting issues and answering tickets, as well as keeping our device and application inventory accurate. You’ll assist in designing and creating engaging and informative presentations and videos along with managing tools and creating documentation to help our end users feel more comfortable with their Opendoor technology.We have a small but efficient team and are looking for somebody who can make a huge impact on the way we work at Opendoor.  We’re looking for somebody who thrives in a team environment and knows how to stay on top of goals and target dates. We’re a results-driven, high energy group, and we like to have fun in the process.
Job Duties: Your responsibilities will include: • Onboarding and offboarding employees on a regular basis•Creating engaging presentations and training materials for our new hires• Creating technical documentation, KB articles, and How To’s for the end users• Answering tickets to solve application and hardware issues as well as general communications with our diverse user base• Tracking, maintaining, and setting up our computer assets (including shipping, inventorying, and device collection)•Ability to work cross functionally across both the IT engineering and IT support departments as well as with our business partners
We’re looking for teammates who have: • 1-2 years experience in a fast paced IT environment• Experience with onboarding and offboarding employees from technical systems• Advance Google Slides/PowerPoint skills • General Google Sheets/Excel skills• Comfortable presenting to people at all levels of the company• Ability to complex problems with a sense of urgency• Superb communication and customer service skills• Ability to produce results under limited supervision• Enthusiastic about Opendoor and the employee’s experience
Bonus Points For: • Knowledge of OKTA, Google Workspace, and JAMF• A/V Experience - including meeting support and video recordings• Technical certifications always a plus• An appreciation for design and the ability to apply it
