The client was born out of the belief that paddle boards can be made better. Instead of large, bulky and unstable, they should be able to be easily paddled by anyone at any age. Fun on the water made easy. Available, across the retail spectrum from stores to ecommerce this brand stands for fun, healthy exercise and exploration!
This client is a really fun and passionate and wants our Mods to be as excited as they are about a fun, lifestyle product that has something for everybody...For those of you who know the joy of watersports, whether solo or in a group and can picture themselves on the lake or in the ocean, that's what will make this project a unique and upbeat journey together.
We are looking for Mods to provide phone customer support.
Hours/Availability Needed:Monday-Saturday6:30 am - 4 pm (PST)
Minimum weekly time commitment:10 hours
Project start date: March 18

Ideal skills needed:

  • Ability to solve customer concerns in an upbeat, positive manner
  • Zendesk experience
  • Excellent phone customer support skills
  • Deadline and quality oriented customer support
  • Kayaking, paddle-boarding and water sports in general experience is a big plus!
