We are currently seeking a Marketing Program Manager, based in Seattle to own execution of marketing programs for our new Amazon grocery store in Woodland Hills, CA, announced to launch in 2020. In this role you will own marketing initiatives for the team working across marketing, store operations, design, merchandising and category to execute marketing for launch and evergreen programs. You will play a vital role to the success of the team ensuring deliverables are on-time and on budget while identifying process improvement opportunities along the way. Cross-functional communication must be a strength as you will work closely with multiple teams across the business including marketing, design, category management, operations, and legal. You will be responsible for setting the direction of your initiatives, and ensuring your process is implemented successfully at every stage.

Basic Qualifications


· Execute marketing playbooks to ensure marketing campaigns are executed on time and on budget
· Manage timelines and SOPs across multiple teams including Marketing, PMs, Operations, Design, and external vendors
· Continuously improve execution by identifying inefficiencies and creating repeatable processes to enable speed, reduce friction, maximize time and resources, and provide visibility to projects which may align or conflict with work in flight.
· Lead status updates and provide marketing leadership visibility to status of projects in flight, and escalate barriers.
· Work with leaders to get upstream on key initiatives establish and manage roadmaps, identify trends across org, reduce redundancies, highlight unforeseen risks.
· Deep knowledge of and ability to guide others through project management of various complex projects at the same time.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree
· Must have experience with in-store marketing execution
· 5+ years in marketing, account management, product management, or Project Management.
· Proven track record of ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills.
· New physical store/product launch experience a plus
