As the VP of Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for driving the overall strategy for how we measure and instrument marketing contribution to pipeline and company performance. You will ensure marketing systems, infrastructure, and data provide the right insights to support consistent growth. Establish a set of key performance indicators and provide consistent reporting against the marketing team’s objectives including forward-looking insights into the health of the business.  You will lead and develop team of Marketing Operations and analytics people who support the global marketing organization. Currently a team of 10 people.This role reports to the SVP Demand Generation who reports to the CMO.

This Is What You Will Do at UiPath:

  • Measurement/Dashboards
  • Establish a set of key performance indicators and provide consistent reporting against the marketing team’s objectives including forward-looking insights into the health of the business.
  • Drive quarterly marketing QBRs.
  • Own the attribution model across all channels. 
  • Develop a pipeline model and targets that marketing aligns on with sales and is held accountable for. 
  • Build a reverse waterfall to forecast top of funnel accuracy and measure conversion rates.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations for marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop a set of executive dashboard that accurately communicate Marketing effectiveness. 
  • Improve Marketing’s discipline by defining and driving implementation of key Marketing KPIs, processes fostering continual optimization and improvement. 
  • Ensure marketing systems, infrastructure, and data provide the right insights to support consistent growth and are aligned with Corporate Enterprise Analytics infrastructure..

  • Leads
  • Own and optimize lead scoring and routing methodology to ensure quality leads are passed to sales development for qualification in a timely manner, and to increase efficiencies and conversion rates.
  • Root cause analysis and fix for lead routing issues.
  • Recommend best in class methodology for lead scoring: high intent, predictive and implement such a tool.
  • Work closely with sales to gain alignment on lead definitions and SLAs for processing.   

  • Marketing Automation
  • Manage and build the Marketing tech stack and ensuring the toolset meets the current and future needs of the organization. 
  • Oversee and support our marketing automation tools including Marketo, and the interactions with other integrated systems such as Salesforce, ABM, data quality and augmentation sources.
  • Enable marketing users to effecgtively deploy Campaigns in Marketo
  • Manage the team that owns the day to day operations of Marketo
  •  Contact Database
  • Asses current database and develop a strategy to augment and add new contacts.  Manage and grow Marketing database, while ensuring data integrity and governance.
  • Assess how we are currently using Tech Target priority engine and recommend best practices on content acquisition and maturation.
  • Work closely with our Salesforce team to develop best practices for Contact master data management.
  •  Budget
  • Manage the Global Marketing Org budget ensuring money is spent in quarter and tracked.
  • Working with Finance on all budget topics including annual planning
  • Develop and communicate processes for budget consumption, traking and compliance

This Is What You’ll Bring to Our Team:

  • 15 + years of marketing operations/corporate marketing experience.
  • 10+ years’ experience leading and motivating teams in a global setting.
  • Strategic thinking
  • Strong track record of building/instrumenting pipeline and demand waterfall
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of senior management and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to derive insights from data and communicate those insights to a diverse audience.
  • Experience scaling and driving efficiency in our marketing efforts and managing and executing against current goals. Continually improve team and program productivity for future scalability.
  • Experience with business process improvement and change management initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities with the ability to develop strong trust-based relationships and manage effectively.  
  • Able to build and motivate high-functioning remote teams.
  • Strong business acumen including exposure/experience in Marketing operation, budgeting, forecasting and demand generation.
  • Ability to move fast and think globally.
