The Role
Outreach’s Revenue Strategy team is looking for a data-driven operator to drive Outreach’s data and intelligence layer that powers go-to-market operations and intelligence.
This role will build, manage, and evolve data assets and capabilities that drive go-to-market playbooks and operations. They will build operations and procedures around Outreach’s stable of GTM data, manage third-party data, model insight from internal telemetry, and ensure it is useful and available to all revenue operations. This will role partner with both core operations teams to drive automation as well as with strategic planning.
The ideal candidate is passionate about operationalizing data in clever ways, and has a strong sense of what data can and can’t do, with first principles thinking. The candidate must have significant experience in data manipulation and analysis, and can drive their own duct-tape ETL when necessary. They should feel naturally accountable to business results with a strong ability to programmatize.
Several backgrounds will be considered, including BI analysts or data professionals seeking a more applied setting, marketing and sales operations professionals who are data technical, or management consultants who have technical or statistical expertise. This role will report to the VP of Revenue Strategy, and is West Coast flexible (Seattle or San Francisco Bay Area).

Your Daily Adventures Will Include
- Create and evolve customer and accounts data models that drive core operations and automation
- Partner with GTM Strategy on how to manifest strategy into data and automation, from data that supports account scoring, to customer segmentation from internal system data
- Partner with core sales and growth operations team to create streamlined processes and go-to-market plays that increase sales velocity
- Own and execute strategy and procedures to maximize return form all customer data, thirty-party, or internal
- Coordinate with sales operations for data refreshes, enhancements, or evolved GTM plays that underpin sales teams and customer success automation
- Consult and assist with data integration needs from marketing and product partners
Operationally, manage account data pipeline, operations, and innovation
Basic Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of building and operationalizing data driven systems, with a strong record of driving business output. BI and operational roles in sales, marketing, targeting, or financial data background, or similar.
- Degree or expertise in quantitative field: math, statistics, computer science, engineering, information sciences
- Demonstrable expertise in data manipulation, data systems, and data analyses (SQL, BI tooling, SQLdata warehousing, data system integration)
- Knowledge of Salesforce, CRM, or marketing stacks is a plus
- Experience with third-party data vendors
