Phone and ticket support for shrink wrapping products & on-site installation services.
Shift Hours:6 am - 12 pm PST Other availability preferred, should hours change
Commitment Expected:60 days
Requirement: Remote patch management and endpoint security software installed by ModSquad

The ideal applicant has:

  • Customer Service background
  • Phone/ticket support experience
  • Technical Support Background
  • Zoho Experience (preferred but not required)
  • Doesn't have issues taking phone calls
  • Loves to learn new products and become an expert
