Who we are

The Growth & Social team will be looking after EFG’s digital platform experience driving the flywheel of user acquisition, and engagement, and creating product champions that accelerate organic growth. FACEIT, which is EFG’s primary digital platform, is currently home to 2 million monthly active users who are passionate about competitive play for games such as Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Rocket League, League of Legends and many more.

Our goal is to create worlds beyond gameplay, where players and fans become a community and we have ambitious targets to 10x our user base over the next 5 years, with the Growth & Social team being at the forefront of making that happen.

What You’ll be doing

  • Defining the vision and roadmap for user retention as an “influencer Product Manager”. This includes but is not limited to onboarding and activation of the digital platforms all the various propositions that exist within FACEIT, driving user behavior that turns FACEIT into a habit for competitive gamers from all games, cross-pollinating users across the existing propositions such as matchmaking, tournaments, social and community, forming the user behavior model for active and lapsed players, empowering user self-service account management and reactivating lapsed users to come back to FACEIT
  • OKRs that matter for your focus area will be defined by you but could involve Week 1 Activation, Month 1 to Month 12 Retention, Reactivation Rate, and self-service account management issues resolved
  • Working closely with counterparts in Product and Tech to provide requirements and deliver best-in-class features without compromising on operational excellence
  • Collaborating with CRM marketing to engage, retain and reactivate our users with timely and relevant messaging using our Braze integration which includes email, in-app messages and pushes campaigns
  • Ally with Design to conduct product discovery and user research. Understand how to improve the onboarding and activation experience and provide a clear direction on how to address this challenge
  • Drive thought leadership around what is needed for the entire FACEIT user experience to prevent users lapsing
  • Be part of the Growth and Social team and contribute to the wider vision of turning the Growth flywheel based on a classic Product-Led Growth strategy and flywheel
  • Be given the autonomy to drive what you do on a day-to-day basis, to learn and to flourish working with an experienced team of Product Leaders who will guide and mentor you


Who you are

  • You are a Product Manager with experience in Growth/Retention OR an all-rounder Product Manager with 5+ years of experience who has a growth mindset and is willing to learn\
  • You are a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager or Principal Product Manager - we are considering all levels to take on this role
  • You obsess over your focus area and the end-user. You believe that getting close to the various user personas and identifying their challenges come before any solutionizing
  • You are a team player. We believe in the mantra “If you want to go far, you go together”
  • You are an excellent communicator and stakeholder manager. You understand that product management isn’t just about managing products, it’s about managing people
  • You are data-driven and believe in both quantitative and qualitative analysis to test hypotheses and qualify ideas. You are aware of confirmation bias, and not afraid to disconfirm your own beliefs nor challenge ideas set forth by others by using data
  • You are a high-energy person with a can-do attitude
  • You are based in Europe or Turkey and ideally within 3 hour's timezone of London, UK
