If so, we're looking for a Director, Account Based Marketing to lead a critical part of the revenue marketing engine: driving ExtraHop’s ABM strategy for new customer acquisition. The Director will lead in development of integrated campaigns and own the overall responsibility for planning, executing and measuring a multitude of cross-channel marketing programs in support of sales goals. With a highly entrepreneurial spirit and strong ROI orientation, the candidate will be able to manage multiple complex ABM campaigns from origin to execution as well as cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement. 


  • Leader in transformative marketing and pivotal stakeholder in helping the team shift from traditional marketing to a revenue marketing engine leveraging ABM strategies and techniques 
  • Create experiences that resonate with the C-suite/ CISO to drive meaningful engagements and account expansion within ExtraHop’s enterprise segment of accounts
  • Identify opportunities within top accounts through predictive analytics and intent tools to target the right individual
  • Partner with sales leadership to create collaborative account planning templates, deliver account research, and align marketing strategy to account objectives
  • Take a data-driven approach to developing strategy, analyzing results, optimizing programs, and reporting impact to marketing and extended revenue team
  • Adapt global campaigns and content for account-specific activities
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure strong alignment on priorities and metrics
  • Act as the conduit between marketing and sales in the enterprise account segment
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify strategies and tools to better automate, experiment, and optimize ABM campaigns
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights, and pacing toward goal to stakeholders
  • Partner with content marketing, customer marketing, product marketing, and sales to create materials that highlight customer successes and stories that can be used to build demand in similar accounts.
  • Apply an experimentation mindset to ABM campaigns to drive, test, learn, and improve


  • Ability to create an ABM strategy from the ground up and align goals, objectives, and tactical execution across marketing, sales, and channel partners
  • 7+ years of experience managing successful multi-channel ABM campaigns from start to finish—strategy, planning, execution, and measurement—in a high-pace B2B marketing environment
  • Significant cross-functional experience across sales and marketing teams  
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to organize and manage large projects and shift competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with little direction
  • Established track record of account-based marketing success and a passion for building ABM processes to effectively drive pipeline goals and win business
  • Drive to achieve, with a strong desire to build and improve teams, strategies, and campaigns to meet high-growth objectives
  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation, preferably Salesforce, 6Sense and other ABM platforms
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management and metrics
  • Exceptional writing skills especially attuned to the enterprise market and the buyer’s point of view
  • Ability to think strategically with a willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever it takes to meet individual and company goals
