Employer Branding Team Leader (Internal Recruitment)

What are the responsibilities and expectations of the Employer Branding Team Leader?

🥅 You will be responsible for:

• shaping Netguru's employer branding strategy and building the positive image of Netguru as an employer
• supporting the recruitment team by organizing various kind of initiatives and events in order to find and attract the best people in the industry
• leading the team and helping them work well together and achieve great results
• supporting the team members in reaching their career goals
• creating processes to get the work done smoothly and efficiently
• measuring the results of Employer Branding initiatives and making data-driven decisions about future activities

Requirements

💁‍♂️ 💁‍♀️ Who can apply?

We look for a person with a good eye 👁 and enthusiasm :alpaca: and passion for marketing, who can support the team :team-spirit: with good practices, therefore everyone from the Netguru team is welcome to apply. Practical marketing knowledge and employer branding experience is definitely a huge plus ➕, but not a critical requirement. Definitely you have to have a keen interest in Employer Branding and People-related topics along with their value for the company, though.

🗓 What’s the deadline for applications?

You can apply until the 24th of February EOD.

🗣 When will the interview take place?

The interview will take around 1,5 hour. You will be given a set of management questions & a task to prepare and present during the meeting.

ℹ How and when I’ll be informed about the decision?

We will talk to everyone individually. We plan to make all interviews in one week and respond to everyone in a single day next week.
