The Sales Enablement team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, partnering closely with the sales team and teams across Stripe to drive initiatives. We are looking for a self-starter to join our team who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, operating in a fast-growing environment, and solving problems with limited oversight. We are looking for someone who will drive continuous growth of enablement programs to ensure we are meeting the needs of the organization by way of building strategic frameworks, closely partnering with cross-functional teams, and making data-driven decisions.

You will:

  • Identify opportunities to improve data collection, quality of data, and integration 
  • Use storytelling skills to persuasively communicate insights and recommendations based on data
  • Implement systems to benchmark current performance
  • Partner with senior Sales and Enablement leadership to set growth/improvement goals aligned to strategic corporate objectives 
  • Design, build, and report on enablement programs
  • Build a reporting cadence with executive dashboards to surface results and insights
  • Maintain industry knowledge around key revenue enablement metrics and assess how we can improve our outcomes

You likely have:

  • 10+ years demonstrated experience building innovative education programs
  • 5+ years experience in data modeling, development, and management
  • BA/BS degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience (i.e. consulting)
  • Inquisitive mindset with the ability to solve unstructured problems independently by applying appropriate frameworks or techniques
  • Experience performing quantitative or strategic analysis (preferably in sales enablement)
  • Experience consulting on cross-functional initiatives that include technical and business teams 
  • Experience developing strong business processes, best practices, data life-cycles, and standard operating procedures 
  • Experience with data visualization platforms and connecting data insights to strategy
  • Experience leading teams to deliver an excellent customer/learner experience
