The Sales Enablement team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the Sales organization, partnering closely with the Sales team and teams across Stripe to drive initiatives. We are looking for a self-starter to join our team who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, operating in a fast-growing environment, and solving problems with limited oversight. We are looking for someone who will drive continuous growth of enablement programs to ensure we are meeting the needs of the organization by way of building strategic frameworks, closely partnering with cross-functional teams, and making data-driven decisions.

You will:

  • Build software solutions to accelerate the delivery of specific and scalable enablement
  • Integrate enablement tech stack to deliver a smooth user experience, increasing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner with the data strategy team to integrate multiple data sources and help evaluate the impact of learning programs on business outcomes
  • Manage enablement technology program objectives and deployment plans
  • Partner with cross-functional internal stakeholders, advocating on behalf of the team’s needs and technical requirements
  • Assist in developing labs and demo data/apps to illustrate technical topics in tutorials

You likely have:

  • 10+ years experience with development of learning software, apps, games, and websites
  • 7+ years experience in one or more of the following skills and languages is required: HTML/CSS, React.js, React Native, Vue, Node.js, Ruby, PHP, Java, Javascript, and Python languages; web servers; SQL or query languages and databases, network troubleshooting tools; Web development platforms and cloud hosting services
  • Experience using eLearning creation tools required (i.e. Articulate Rise, Storyline, iMovie, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience leveraging xAPI, SCORM and LMS APIs to generate learning records
  • Strong creative expertise in visual design (InDesign, InVision, Proto, Sketch, Balsamiq, Photoshop, Keynote, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to create aesthetically appealing UX for consumption through various platforms: web/mobile
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, and visual communication skills are a must
  • Skilled in self-learning new products and technology and quickly converting this knowledge and information into consumable learning media projects
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with subject matter experts
  • History of working independently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
