The Senior Director, HR Business Partner will lead the HR/People function across Global Services which reports into the Go-To-Market structure. This role needs to embrace the highest standards and quality of internal customer service, ensuring end to end delivery of HR governance and professional guidelines. The Senior Director HRBP for Global Services will be accountable for ensuring execution and delivery of employee life-cycle activities (e.g., compensation, benefits, mobility, resourcing, L&D, diversity, talent, etc.) and generalist services, in close coordination with peers from across the globe.

  • Strategic Human Resources Management:
  • Work with managers and senior leadership team in the globally to ensure robust franchise Succession Plan is in place for critical roles
  • As an employee advocate, the Senior HR Director plays a crucial role in managing organizational change by using his/her knowledge about people’s health and well-being.  His/her advocacy includes expertise in how to create a work environment in which people will choose to be motivated, contributing, and happy.
  • Experience of working and cooperating with local authorities globally.
  • Work with global senior management to embed a culture that promotes engagement, ethical conduct, business/sales practices and diversity and inclusion
  • Embrace and promote HR change initiatives and technology solutions to deliver HR processes to ensure the best employee and manager experience
  • Contribute to the broader HR agenda around innovation and being the best for our clients
  • Responsible for leading the Global Services HR team and where the CoE’s are present; provide support and partner with the CoE’s
  • Ensure partnership across all HR functions and key stakeholders to deliver local managers and employee experience (e.g., HRIS, Finance, Legal, Compliance etc.)
  • Operational Management:
  • Accountable for ensuring execution and delivery of employee life cycle activities and generalist services
  • Manage end to end relationships with HR vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and practices including on-boarding new vendors, renewing contracts, meeting all information technology and compliance requirements, as well as provide oversight over service levels and regulatory requirements.
  • Coach managers and leaders on their own challenges as well as help them to be effective leaders and coaches for their employees/reports.

This Is What You’ll Bring to Our Team:

  • Manage HR risk relating to; labor law, legal regulatory requirements including reporting requirements and ensuring risks and controls for key country processes are managed effectively.
  • Primary interface with internal Audit on HR as well as other functional audits; plan, provide required documentation, manage requests
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or other related discipline; MA/MS/MBA preferred
  • 15+ experience as a Senior HR Manager/Director in a hyper-growth technology company, preferably the software, security, networking space. 
  • 5+ years' experience in a HR leadership position
  • Experienced with regional markets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and “Customer Focus”, communication, diplomacy, analytical and influencing skills
  • Project management and delivery within agreed timescales, collaborative, direct communicator, comfortable with working in a multicultural environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment
  • The ability to build strong relationships as a trusted partner and working remotely with the other members of the People team.
  • High tolerance for dealing with ambiguity and on-going change. Able to work in a complex environment with changing priorities.
  • Process improvement’ mindset to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the services offered
  • Resilient under pressure and self-motivated in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Team player, proactive attitude and main focus on clients within internal guidelines
  • Ability and willingness to “roll-up your sleeves” as well as being strategic
  • Positive mindset, resilient, self-motivated and balanced
  • Credible, honest, with an open attitude
