Amidst the social chaos created by COVID, our company is growing and doubling its headcount in 2021.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead demand generation to drive predictable, scalable, and repeatable pipeline and revenue
- Own budget, annual strategy, and quarterly execution plans for the demand generation function
- Manage all inbound and outbound demand generation channels and initiatives, such as email, direct mail, digital advertising, web landing pages, SEOSEM and account based marketing (ABM)
- Support event marketing efforts by managing and scoring lead lists generated by live and virtual events
- Define objectives, KPIs, initiatives, goals, and priorities to exceed revenue targets
- Own reporting and communication of marketing impact, while building a clear understanding of demand gen goals, success metrics and impact across the organization
- Audit and improve all existing Marketing programs to optimize workflow and tracking
- Find opportunities to create efficiency in our Marketing operations and implement systems and programs to support these opportunities
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to monitor projects fueling demand generation and funnel performance, identifying performance gaps and opportunities
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of SaaS B2B marketing experience
- 5+ years of expertise driving revenue with demand generation campaigns for B2B Saas startups
- Proven track record of successfully creating and implementing revenue growth strategies in SaaS environments to drive digital traffic, content conversion, and brand awareness
- Experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM), C-level buyer focused experiences
- B2B and SaaS experience with understanding of enterprise pipeline demand generation
- Expertise developing and optimizing marketing and sales strategies across key channels, e.g. SEO, SEM, Social, email, etc.
- Experience with Hubspot as a Marketing Automation tool
- A love for storytelling in a simple, thoughtful, and visual manner
- Exceptional communication skills
