Marketing Program Manager sought to collaborate cross team, building to integrate into existing programs, initiatives and executions to drive new , globally at scale for Amazon Services (AWS) Global team.

In this role, you develop a deep understanding of the Self Service/SMB and build and programs to accelerate new account generation to support the growth objectives of the Global team. You identify areas of opportunity for integration into broader AWS events and programs, develop and work in close collaboration with field to lead execution of these programs.

Our ideal candidate has creative ideas combined with extensive analytic and data-driven B2B experience, and the ability to work both strategically and tactically to generate innovative ideas for growth and execute best-in-class programs. The ability to effectively program manage projects, influence others, and collaborate across a variety of internal teams and multiple stakeholders is critical. They are detail-oriented and organized, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities and have strong relationship building skills. Depth understanding of buyer’s journey , and the ability to build a framework to measure and monitor impact, is essential to success.

This role is Virtual - New Jersey or Seattle. Relocation assistance within the US to Seattle only.

Basic Qualifications


· 5+ years’ experience in a high-tech B2B role
· Demonstrated experience designing, building, and launching successful global B2B programs
· Demonstrated experience developing framework for global programs; leading the central dissemination of programs to multiple stakeholders

· Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
· Not afraid to try new things – driven to constantly improve results
· Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and problem-solve
· MBA or comparable education/experience
· Comfortable and motivated working in a fast paced, collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with field teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
· Problem-solver with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, operational acumen and the ability to find creative ways to identify untapped opportunity and optimize performance
· Familiarity with the sales cycle and how to employ to acquire, nurture and accelerate growth
· Excellent project/ skills
