Position Summary:As a Partnership Manager, you will be leading the way in identifying and building out new partner market segments and bringing vendors within that segment into the Marketplace (our one-stop-shop for viewing all the apps that integrate seamlessly with PointClickCare).  The Partnership Manager will have the opportunity to interact with all vendors interested in becoming a partner with PointClickCare. You will also engage & form meaningful relationships with vendors in your assigned Use Cases, guiding them through our certification and go-live programs and manage them once they are live to ensure success.  The role has a very large “people” component, requiring heavy interaction and team management both externally and within PointClickCare's cross-functional teams. You will have the opportunity to bring forward-thinking ideas and new technologies into the Marketplace.  You will be on the front end of the team that drives and implements changes to how information is accessed and shared across the Healthcare industry. You will gain knowledge from vendor interaction to aid in the direction of new use case development in the Marketplace, considering customer demand and vendors’ abilities to solve industry challenges. Using the insight that you acquire; you will work closely with leadership to aid in strategy and direction of the Marketplace. You will gain strong insight into what vendors need, but also require strong relationship management skills to understand how a vendor fits within the bigger Marketplace ecosystem.
You will be responsible for understanding the market problems and opportunities uncovered by the Product and Market teams at PointClickCare and filling these areas with vendors that can help PointClickCare provide solutions to help providers solve their largest challenges. Key Responsibilities:-       Manage all vendor inquiries coming into PointClickCare to gain a detailed understanding of the vendor, its products, business model, vision, and mutual benefit. -       Gain valuable insights while conversing with vendors to aid in building out an industry leading Marketplace for our customer base.-       Partner with other Partnership Managers when sourcing all new partner requests to understand new partner opportunities within certain use cases and to ensure a smooth transition-       Summarize and communicate information learned about vendors internally to drive overall Marketplace strategy-       Lead the internal communication with product teams to determine a vendor fit with our current products, future strategy, and vision-       Aid in the development of current and future frameworks within the Marketplace to fill existing use cases and drive creation of potential new use cases-       Develop relationships with potential partners that fit the profile of assigned partner market segments (use cases)-       Ensure projects are executed to planned schedule, proactively eliminate obstacles and escalate when projects are at risk-       Operationalize and own business processes associated with new integration deployments-       Serve as the single point of contact for the partner-       Ensure overall success of the partner in our program through cross-functional initiatives-       Lead role in the pilot phase of projects and build a rapport with specific customers as they use the product, build their feedback into the plan, then own and successfully execute as part of our product roadmap Required Experience:-       BS or BA with a technology, math or business major from a university or college-       Proven experience in serving clients. Relevant experience includes working at a consulting or services-oriented firm, or working in sales, partnerships, or customer success.-       Previous experience working in the software or SaaS industries.-       Previous experience leading cross-functional teams that span both internal and external stakeholders-       Love of understanding technology and applicable market segments-       Healthcare technology experience is a plus
