As a Program Manager at 1Password, you will be responsible for working with various leaders and teams across the company to define the strategy, requirements and timelines for launching a number of exciting programs and initiatives. The Program Manager will lead through influence across the organization, touching on and overseeing programs involving new technologies, operations and processes.

What we’re looking for:

  • A strong track record of delivering complex projects within a high growth technology organization
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by influence; considering context and goals before deciding on the best course of action
  • Leading multiple projects and programs simultaneously engaging stakeholders across the organization at all levels
  • Expert problem solving capabilities across both technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience building strong relationships with team members/internal partners and is highly functional in a dynamic environment, with the ability to navigate through ambiguity
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical matters with a non-technical audience, and vice versa
  • Proven experience influencing senior leadership and setting expectations for major cross-functional initiatives
  • Capable to elicit high-level requirements from both business and technical stakeholders and can translate those into a detailed, prioritized, actionable tasks You have executed company-wide initiatives and programs: defined project plans, coordinated resources, managed implementation activities and developed all processes associated with program rollout and ongoing support
  • PMP a strong asset 

What you can expect:

  • Plan and manage large programs across the organization, consisting of multiple complex projects. 
  • Drive conversations and the delivery of project work throughout the business, while also recommending/implementing success measures tied to the organizational goals
  • Lead project and program meetings/working sessions, and successfully manage multiple virtual cross-functional teams
  • Set the direction and provide frameworks through which any new programs/improvement objectives can be delivered, and continue to monitor success of these programs across the organization
  • Introduce new solutions and programs by analyzing requirements, while establishing the appropriate taskforce/committees and time schedules
  • Hold teams accountable to project timelines and provide consistent reporting to leadership
  • Identify and clear roadblocks for teams in partnership with other stakeholders
  • Work closely with finance on vendor management and budgeting
