Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to help deliver the Well-Architected Management and Governance Lens and establish the Lens as a foundation for a customer facing program to promote public cloud adoption through the use of AWS Management and Governance services and AWS

Marketplace partners.

As our large enterprise customers seek more and more prescriptive advice around cloud migrations, the deployment of supporting third party vendors inAWS Marketplace, managing workloads in a multi-account environment with services such as Control Tower and Service Catalog, these customers look for integrations between AWS Services and specific third-party vendors in AWS Marketplace with repeatable “ISV involved” patterns. We are seeing strong market signals that our customers require a level of deeper coordination in our go to market strategy and advice.

Responsibilities:
· Define a standard set of Management and Governance use cases derived from existing 3Ptools, centered around the AWS Management and Governance service portfolio that will fit into each use case.
· Coordinate the phased delivery of a set of prescriptive
definitions, and inform our ISV alignment to AWS Management and Governance services roadmaps.
· Coordinate customer relationships to regularly understand their challenges in management and governance.
· Identify and recruit virtual team members as stakeholders; and strategic leaders from Business, Operations, Product, Engineering, and field teams
· Lead these virtual teams to define and prioritize common phases of adoption of management and governance.
· Lead virtual teams to define the components of each phase of adoption(Infrastructure/Connectivity; Process (provisioning/change model); ISV (tooling, procurement); App Architecture (dev model, tooling); Operations (and associated tooling), etc.
· Scale the approach providing a method for the field to identify customer questions that can inform maturity in management and governance leading to quicker selection cycles.
· Lead a team to Identify opportunities to leverage cloud-native services,partners and automation to simplify of management and governance at scale.
· Lead team members to identify how the frameworks will be delivered, and how they will be consumed.
· Lead team members to build and deliver technical and business-related architecture diagrams that demonstrate layouts based on customer asks; answers to frequently asked customer questions

Basic Qualifications


· Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience, Information Systems Management, mathematics, or other related fields
· 10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles; professional services, systems architecture, or system development
· 7+ years of experience with software development lifecycle from conception to delivery
· 10+ years of experience with engagement and working with product and executive stakeholders


Preferred Qualifications

· Have a clear understanding of cloud computing services/deployment architecture
· Have experience leading a highly technical team
· Have experience in the development of security products
· Are comfortable designing and owning a product roadmap
