Futures Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Generate ideas of new products and new functions to drive business growth
• Be sharp and sensitive to industry developments, monitor feedback from communities and conduct competitor analysis 
• Work with global marketing teams and local country managers to explore local marketing channels and drive growth in key countries
• Establish the process to coordinate with different business teams (Data, Product, Ops, Marketing, Country Teams, and CS) 
• Support to develop campaign strategies (objective, process, execution and reporting) to acquire and retarget users.

Requirements:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify growth opportunities or understand and address potential issues
• Experience in crypto exchange user operation and understanding of trader portrait and behavior is a strong plus
• Experience in futures industry and knowledge of derivatives is a plus
• Fundamental understanding about Product Marketing, CRM Marketing, and campaign management⁃
• Bilingual with both English and Mandarin both written and verbal is a plus
