CRI Advantage (CRI) is a Pacific Northwest-based IT Solutions and Services Provider currently seeking a Junior Sales Executive (JSE) to sell our Cyber Security, ServiceNow solutions and associated consulting services into commercial markets in various regions throughout the US. The JSE will be responsible for identifying potential Cyber Security and ServiceNow Clients within each of the market segments. The JSE will be working with CRI’s Cyber Security and ServiceNow Subject Matter Experts to build a pipeline of Cyber Security and ServiceNow opportunities and meeting revenue goals within their assigned sales territories.


  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and present complex solution offerings to prospects and leads
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate senior sales executive for further development, collaboration, execution, and closure
  • Close sales with SSE and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key stakeholders and generate interest in CRI offerings utilizing DiscoverOrg/ZoomInfo customer intellenge application
  • Collect and nuture leads and build client relationships using HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with channel partners and CRI Sales Executives to build solid pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects and shadow Senior Sales Executives during on-site customer meetings and presentations
  • Create and submit relevant Cyber Security, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and managed service provider content for the CRI website and blog that will engage prospects, convert them to leads, and ultimately lead to sales closure
  • Participate in the social strategy currently in place with CRI sales and marketing teams



  • 1-3 years of proven inside sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota and MBO’s
  • Experience selling IT software and cyber services is preferred
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing a multitude of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com, HubSpot, or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent


  • $45,000-$55,000 salary based on experience + commission compensation (TBD)
