QA & Test Automation Engineer (Charity)

Responsibilities:

• Perform continuing analysis and requirement handling
• Develop and test high quality products
• Drive continuous improvements of products and process
• Develop competence in technical domain and perform trouble-shooting
• Responsible for interface testing, functional testing, integration testing and performance testing
• Manage project dependencies and risk mitigation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years of experience in QA
• Experience with programming languages in real projects
• Java is a must for this position. Python and Shell is a plus
• Professional software test practices including test plan making, test report generating and test cases design
• Capacity to run testing tool Selenium, with experience in automated testing framework designKnowledge in JIRA, TestLink, etc
• Skilled use of at least one source code management tool: SVN, GIT, etc
• Familiar database operation: Oracle, SQLServer, Mysql
• Innovating, adapting and responding to change
