Emburse’s Global Partner Organization is looking for a talented, analytical and data-driven Partner Operations Manager to oversee the selection, implementation, optimization, and ongoing analysis for all partner team processes and systems. You will act as a key liaison across a variety of functional groups to ensure all stakeholders are well equipped with best practices, reporting, and process efficiencies to support the growth of the Emburse Global Partner Organization. You will ideally have a background in revenue operations or analytics and will be able to thoughtfully build out tools and processes from the ground up with scale in mind.

What you'll do:

  • Evaluate, select, and implement tools to support internal teams as well our partners (i.e. partner portal software)
  • Educate and enable all Emburse stakeholders and external partners on best practices and proper tool utilization for all systems
  • Support ongoing reporting on product utilization using SQL and other database analysis
  • Manage ongoing utilization of all tools related to partner team and optimize as required
  • Partner with Sales, BDR and Marketing teams to drive an aligned and strategic work effort across the entire partner sales process
  • Manage and drive analysis on all Salesforce reporting related to partner opportunities and engagement, proactively filtering up gaps and areas for improvement
  • Estimate pipeline targets, track progress to goals and proactively reforecast expectations
  • Provide monthly (or as needed) core partner sales analytics to Partner Leadership
  • Own and drive internal process around quarterly board reporting and weekly leadership reporting
  • Track and analyze activities and results to proactively filter up gaps and areas for improvement

What we're looking for:

  • BS/BA degree
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of total work experience and at ideally relative experience in revenue operations, analytics, or related area for SaaS solutions or a related field
  • Ability to evaluate, implement, and optimize new tools
  • Adept in promoting best practices and training users on tools
  • Clear history of managing deadlines for complex projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical muscle, with the ability to dissect and present on a range of data sets to varied audiences
  • Intermediate/advanced use of Excel is preferred
  • Beginner/Intermediate use of SQL is highly preferred
  • Motivated by efficiency and process improvement to ensure repeatable programming
  • Curious about data and the ability to to use data to inform decision making
  • Critical listening skills to digest a range of complex needs and turn them into a cohesive process
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Excels in the “gray areas” and can turn ambiguity into action
  • Collaborative across many functional disciplines including marketing, sales, etc.
  • Ability to be proactive and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Interest and intellectual curiosity regarding global business payments, financial technology and new business models
