Music Streaming Service: Vietnamese Email Support

Email support for a music streaming service. This is a long-term and fast-paced project with a lot of potential for further growth.
Issues can range from something simple like telling a user how to access their account or to something more difficult, like technical issues. This project places a huge emphasis on the customer experience and ensuring all their issues are resolved.
4 weeks of orientation at 40 hours a week.

Selected candidates will be tested in both English and Vietnamese

Required skills and experience:
- Email support proficiency, including proper formatting.
- Proficiency in speaking and typing in English and Vietnamese.
- Able to make judgement calls in favor of the customer (and back them up).
- Able to absorb feedback and actively participate in QA calls.
- Team-environment minded.
