IO Global, creators of the blockchain platform Cardano, are looking for a Product Operations Manager to join their Product team. As Product Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading cross functional initiatives designed to improve and scale IOG products operational effectiveness. You are passionate about supporting the organization in delivering best in class products and achieving product objectives.

Your mission

  • Lead improvement initiatives with marketing, commercial, engineering and operations teams to create a strong and collaborative mindset and identify areas of improvement.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration around the product, and use your product insights to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate people improvement initiatives with our chapter leads to improve employee engagement and success
  • Collaborate with our Learning and Development team to ensure continuous growth of our people, the development of centers of excellence and the standardization and scaling of the practice.
  • Manage the product technical stack (tooling) and work closely with chapter leads to research, audit, trial, deploy and document new solutions and processes that streamline product intelligence, delivery and improve user experience.
  • Manage the product tooling vendors.
  • Facilitate communication across teams and ensure alignment to business objectives (OKRs) by supporting and coordinating the objectives definition, tracking and review process.
  • Supports the product strategy planning process and work closely with corporate strategy to continuously improve it
  • Be the guarantor of our product knowledge base and ensure it is organized, well structured, up to date and communicated.
  • Initiate and drive internal initiatives/results that up-level the Product development lifecycle processes, technology, and our ability to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Manages product operations backlog and identify new opportunities to drive operational excellence
  • Work closely with our product analytics team to develop reports, dashboards, our product data framework and enable the product team to make informed decisions.


Your expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 4+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Management, Product Operations Management, Management Consulting, Strategy, Program Management, Customer Experience, or equivalent Voice of Customer role.
  • Experience as a project manager is a plus
  • Experience in crypto is a bonus
  • Experience in change management
  • Experience with SQL, R or an equivalent data analytical language.



IOG is a fully distributed organization and therefore this is a remote position. Due to team distribution, we are ideally searching for someone in a European timezone (UK, Ireland, Poland, Germany, & The Netherlands, for now).
