About the Job

Synthesis AI is looking for an experienced Head of Demand Generation to drive outbound marketing activities, with the opportunity to build a team as the company scales. Our Head of Demand Generation, you will work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Product to create multichannel campaigns and drive qualified leads for Sales. What does success look like in the role? Success looks like a robust, ABM-oriented sales funnel that underpins the company’s revenue growth.

The impact you will have:

  • A hands-on role with the opportunity to build a team
  • The opportunity to help develop an ABM-oriented demand-generation funnel from scratch using modern tools and methodologies – you’ll own the stack
  • A chance to expand your B2B industry domain expertise into the world of artificial intelligence and machine learning – or to flex your existing AI/ML industry muscles
  • Ongoing interaction with Sales, Product and Engineering to launch synthetic data products and services that transform computer vision
  • Executive presence and leadership, ensuring customers, investors and employees understand and can articulate how we generate demand for Synthesis AI products and services
  • A budget to execute and ensure success

The job responsibilities include:

  • Build and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive leads for Sales from among a target set of industries and companies
  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize campaign performance over time
  • Assemble a team of contractors to develop creative and campaign assets, and to oversee event execution
  • Drive the company’s events and webinars strategy, with direct oversight of company-led events (user groups, customer advisory boards, informal meet-ups, webinars, etc.) and 3rd-party event sponsorships
  • Own and implement an automated email nurture strategy that engages prospects and helps move them through the customer journey
  • Oversee company eNewsletter distribution and optimization
  • Assist in content development to target ML practitioners throughout the customer lifecycle, and to provide a feedback loop to the Product Marketers developing content
  • Work closely with Sales and the exec team to identify new markets and campaign tactics to support revenue growth
  • Get buy-in and budget support from senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Measure campaign impact and deliver performance reports to leadership and the departments you partner with

What we look for:

  • Track record of demand-generation expertise in an enterprise B2B SaaS company
  • Network of contractors capable of scaling up or down quickly as our business needs change
  • Storytelling chops combined with a passion for data and analytics
  • Ability to execute as an individual contributor with an eye toward building a team as the company scales up
  • Some experience in the computer vision space or the ML/AI industry
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • A nimble self-starter and confident communicator who can act with incomplete information
