You must be willing to take a fresh approach as you respond to customer inquiries via phone, e-mail and live chat. Relevant experience is beneficial, but certainly not essential – we would love to talk with you!
The shift time is Monday-Friday, 5pm-1:30am. No weekends involved! Start date 10th of October

What does the role entail?

  • Overall, this position requires you to embrace our delight philosophy and provide outstanding customer service to every customer, every day.  The role will consist of communicating with our users to ensure they are completely satisfied with their Zazzle experience, via phone, email and live-chat. When speaking with our customers, embodying our core values of CHIA is essential to your success:
  • We foster creativity in ourselves and in our community. We deal with a range of inquiries in regards to order status issues, website navigation, design help and promotional offers. Every situation is unique, and we can tailor our support to that customer's needs!

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • The applicant must be a resident of Republic of Ireland
  • Suitable environment to work from home, with a quiet space and strong internet connection (proof of same will be required).A team-player with an enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Proven success of managing difficult customer situations.
