Talend is seeking a Digital Graphic Design Intern for Summer 2020!
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a candidate with visual graphic design and typography experience, strong time management and organizational skills, and an eye for detail! The Digital Graphic Design Intern should be knowledgeable and comfortable using Adobe Creative Cloud applications to create or alter graphic images and other media elements into a finished product for deployment in online platforms and business applications.
We're looking for a candidate able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with tight deadlines, and be a self-starter who takes the initiative and is willing to learn!
This is an entry-level, full-time remote internship in the US, and will roll up to the Manager of Digital Media Services in the Customer Success team.

  • Participate in a major rebranding effort that involves redesigning and replacing graphic elements.
  • Work with a new color palette to develop attractive images, icons, certificates, digital badges, and additional collateral.
  • Assist with editing graphics for Talend Academy projects associated with product training and enablement.
  • Update learning materials and courseware with new branding, colors, and elements.
  • Support media/video production projects, if interested.
  • Assist with other projects as needed.


  • Ability to create, edit, convert, and lay out digital images and graphic elements
  • Experience using a limited color palette to create images for different applications, preferably business-oriented
  • Keen attention to detail with an eye for visual design, layout, and typography
  • Knowledge of editing digital formats such as .PDF, .JPG, .EPS, PNG, etc. with the ability to convert between them
  • Well-versed in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Strong organizational and graphic media workflow skills
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, with the ability to produce and manage images for slides
  • Experience with web coding (HTML, CSS) as it pertains to images
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.


  • Interest in high tech/software industry

  • Video/audio/media production experience or interest
