Blue Sky Analytics is a climate tech startup building an API-based catalogue of environmental datasets by leveraging satellite data, AI, and the cloud.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant: CTO Desk. This is an opportunity for you to work closely with our CTO and founder, where you can learn and contribute to building Blue Sky datasets and platform. Come join our journey in saving the planet.

Your Role:

  • Provide business and administrative support to the CTO.
  • Manage and coordinate complex schedules, ensuring all meeting details are taken care of.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for all external and internal communications with the CTO.
  • Manage, prioritise and respond to emails on behalf of the CTO by managing their inbox.
  • Lead internal communications within the Engineering, Data, Hiring, Marketing, Sales and Strategy teams.
  • Draft and send out team communications on behalf of the CTO.
  • Facilitate smooth flow of information both ways of the desk.
  • Articulate meeting agendas, take notes & actions when needed, help the team unpick problems, and keep them aligned and accountable.
  • Draft CTO’s monthly letters.
  • Provide assistance in policy-building and their smooth implementation.
  • Identify gaps and streamline processes with little or no guidance from others.
  • Handle demos request from our website and ensure the information flow to the CTO and to the CRM (Copper).


  • 1-2 years of experience as a PA/EA in a high-growth company, ideally supporting C-level executives in Product or Engineering.
  • Deep understanding of technical product development stages, teams, processes, software, user experience, and data science.
  • Self-starter who prefers to work autonomously.
  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with unwavering attention to detail at all times.
  • Excellent communication skills, who can match their communication style to the specifics of the situation, and audience.
  • A creative problem solver with the ability to think on their feet and implement best solutions.
  • Has diplomacy skills and can act with total discretion and apply sound judgement in responding to circumstances.
  • Proficient in using Google Suite and other collaboration tools, such as Slack, Notion, Copper, GitHub.
