About the PositionThe Sales Enablement Associate will support FiscalNote’s Business Development (BD) team (your “clients”) with the tools, resources, and roadmaps necessary to onboard quickly and continue to develop their knowledge and skills. You will join our growing Sales Enablement team, who acts as a centralized function supporting 5 job roles across 6 lines of business and 15+ brands. Your primary objective will be to quickly remove obstacles that get in the way of providing a stellar customer experience! As the BD team continues to grow and increase in complexity, this is a unique opportunity to be a part of designing scalable and measurable enablement solutions from the ground up.
About the Business Development TeamThe BD Team at FiscalNote is the key touchpoint for our client-focused approach. Our mission is to help our clients identify challenges and provide innovative, data-driven, and practical solutions to better navigate risk, opportunity, and uncertainty. We represent a range of technology platforms, data, and information services products to empower people and organizations with the right information at the right time. We have ambitious growth targets to hit on the BD Team.  We will meet these goals through our culture of innovation, as well as continuing to make acquisitions of companies whose missions complement ours. As our footprint continues to expand, the sky is the limit for opportunities on the BD Team!
About YouDiligent. Empathetic. Organized. A great communicator. You have a high sense of urgency and sense of ownership - and you love seeing immediate wins in the teams you support. You solve problems by thinking about the “why” and the “who” before designing a solution on the “how.” You are able to balance multiple projects while hitting deadlines and keeping up strong communication with your stakeholders. You’re able to “manage up” to keep the trains running on time. Most importantly you are positive, open, and love to learn!

What to Expect in this role:

  • Coordinate enablement requests and manage the enablement calendar
  • Manage the BD Team’s content library and the BD tech stack - including making updates and helping people navigate the systems
  • Develop new hire training plans and materials, as well as moderate or facilitate new hire training sessions
  • Monitor enablement channels to answer questions and share existing resources (Frequently Asked Questions, Recordings, Templates, etc)
  • Assist with building new training courses
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of the Sales Kick-Off and other enablement-led events throughout the year
  • Report out to leadership on participation/engagement in sales enablement initiatives and tie these leading indicators to increased results (ramp, performance)
  • Interface with teams across multiple departments (product, marketing, sales operations) and all our lines of business when developing and delivering programs

What Sets You Apart:

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing, project management or marketing role (preferably at a high-growth SaaS company)
  • An ambitious, growth-oriented person who runs towards challenges and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience with delivering and moderating discussions
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal, writing)
  • Experience with relevant technology preferred: Salesforce, GSuite, project management tools such as Monday.com, sales productivity tools such as Salesloft and Gong, and an LMS such as Lessonly or SkillJar
  • Data analysis experience preferred: comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and/or data visualization tools like Looker/Tableau
