SafeBase makes it easy for software companies to share their security posture and automate access to sensitive compliance information. We are building something big — the world’s first Smart Trust Center — so that customers can build trust and accelerate vendor risk assessment processes with their prospective and current customers.

With just over a year in business, we have 180+ customers, including Instacart, Jamf, and Mindbody, using SafeBase to speed up their sale cycle by over 7 days and give back 50% of time to InfoSec teams.

We are a Y Combinator backed startup with funding from top tier Silicon Valley VCs. Our founding team comes with 10+ years of cybersecurity experience in the Israeli Defense Forces and two successful exits from prior companies.

Our team is curious, supportive, and innovative. We are a remote first company that prides ourselves on having a fun, engaging and collaborative work environment.

Join us today and be an early member of our rocketship!

How you'll make an impact:

  • Lead a team of full stack engineers while doing hands-on technical work.
  • Set goals, define tasks and manage timelines to execute a roadmap.
  • Collaborate with our founding team, product/design, and customers to build our Trust Platform.
  • Lead our US engineering team to ship & ship new features to grow our platform from 100 to 1,000+ SaaS vendors, like LinkedIn, Palantir, and ClickUp.
  • Take an active role in hiring for your team.

  • 7+ years' experience as an engineer and 2+ years' experience as an engineering manager in an agile development environment.
  • Experience with design, implementation, and testing of complex, secure, and scalable web applications
  • Enjoys building new products and are willing to get creative. Not every new UI flow will have a design ready for you.
  • Experience with TypeScript, React (hooks), Node.js, ES6.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with our modern web application tech stack - Next.js, Prisma, Google Cloud Platform, Apollo Server, Postgres, Cypress, Jest.
  • Experience with Docker and microservices.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Our Benefits:

  • Medical, dental and vision coverage
  • 6% 401k match
  • Work-from-home setup stipend
  • Flexible working hours
